Thank you for considering purchasing advertising space in the Multicultural Women’s Development Conference program booklet. 

This annual event has been well attended for nearly 25 years. We expect this year to be no exception. Advertising within this publication allows your business, organization or individual contribution to be recognized by women throughout the region and beyond. Furthermore, your contribution is recognized for its willing involvement with One Dozen Who Care, Inc.,  whose mission has been to build bridges, expand economic opportunities and support the under-served populations in our communities. 

Great care is taken to produce a publication which provides the agenda, information about the speakers, the entertainers, and the exciting programs that will be presented.

In order to create this professional publication,  please consider the following: 

• • • Advertising rates are based on ad sizes.  Please see the reverse side for details. 
    • Advertisements must be in JPEG (jpg), TIF  (tiff), PNG, or PDF formats. 
    • If submitting a screenshot of a business card, please make sure it is well lit, not blurry, and cropped to the size of the business card. 
    • All advertisements will be printed in black  and white (except the premium inside cover pages). 
    • Text-based ads will be created using the  standard font used for the content of the publication.
    • If you need (or want) an advertisement  designed, ODWC will do so for a fee. Please  contact director@onedozenwhocare.org
    • Please note: the deadline for submitting an  advertisement is MONDAY, MARCH 11, 2024.
